In the role of service technician, you are a crucial part of the facility department and responsible for a range of technical systems. You will work with everything from operation, maintenance, and service to alarm management and troubleshooting of both property and production technical installations.
The role is responsible for ensuring our buildings and production systems function flawlessly, which directly contributes to our business's success. Your work is both broad and varied, handling everything from routine maintenance to urgent situations.
Your key responsibilities include property technology, involving operation and maintenance of all technical systems such as electricity, HVAC, and ventilation. You are a problem-solver who can quickly troubleshoot and repair installations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for our automated systems through supervision, service, and troubleshooting of our high-bay warehouse. You ensure smooth logistics by managing cranes and control systems. Additionally, safety and emergency preparedness are central to your work, as you actively work to create a safe work environment and are part of our emergency response group to handle urgent operational disruptions, even outside regular working hours. Occasional heavy lifting may be required.
You are the one who ensures our facilities always maintain the highest standard.
The role will support the facility in Mölnlycke. You will be part of a team of 4 people and report to the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities
• Property Technology and Operations - You will manage daily operation and maintenance of the building's technical systems, including electricity, HVAC, ventilation, and control technology. You will troubleshoot and repair installations, participate in planned maintenance projects, and document your work carefully. Additionally, you are responsible for fire protection checks, hot work, and calibration of temperature and humidity sensors. You will work according to GxP regulations, order spare parts, and ensure optimized inventory.
• Automated High-Bay Warehouse Systems - You will be responsible for supervision, inspection, and service of automated high-bay warehouse systems, such as cranes and conveyors. Your work involves troubleshooting and addressing operational disruptions, as well as collaborating with suppliers for repairs and upgrades. You will ensure the system always operates according to applicable requirements and safety regulations.
• Safety and Work Environment - Safety is a central part of your work. You will actively work to create a safe work environment, follow procedures for fire, electrical, and machine safety, and participate in safety rounds and training.
• Emergency Preparedness - You will be part of the facility's emergency response organization, which means handling urgent operational disruptions even outside regular working hours to quickly restore critical functions.
Qualifications
• Experience with property maintenance & technical maintenance
• Experience working in industrial, warehouse & logistics facilities
• Experience with fire alarms/sprinkler & gas extinguishing systems
• Good Swedish & English skills, both verbal and written
• Good computer skills & documentation abilities
• Driver's license (B) & access to a car
