At OCS, you'll become an important part of an innovative company delivering advanced transport systems. As a service technician, you'll have a varied role combining technical expertise with practical on-site work. No two days are the same.
What does the role involve?
As a service technician, you have a key role in ensuring our systems deliver maximum performance and reliability. You'll work with both preventive maintenance and urgent interventions – often directly at the customer's site.
Your main responsibilities:
• Travel to customers, primarily in Europe but also other parts of the world, to install, service, and troubleshoot our systems – both planned and on short notice as needed.
• Ensure quality and functionality according to technical specifications.
• Create order documentation and quotes in our business system.
• Train customer personnel in operation and maintenance of our solutions.
• Actively contribute improvement suggestions to develop both products and working methods.
Who are you?
You are a responsible and solution-oriented technician who thrives in a mobile and dynamic everyday environment. You enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and tackling technical challenges with energy and commitment. You're comfortable working independently but also a team player when necessary.
We believe you have:
• High school education in technology, electricity, automation, or similar.
• Experience with service and maintenance, preferably from manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of automation electronics (troubleshooting low-voltage systems).
• Good skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Driver's license (mandatory).
Meriting factors:
• Experience in mechanics, electricity, and software control.
• Experience working with PLC systems or similar automation solutions.
