The service technician's role is central to ensuring MaskinSystem's technical quality and customer satisfaction. Through installation, service, support, and customer training, the role contributes to growth and strong customer relationships.
Area: Uppsala / Northern Stockholm
As a service technician, you will be a key person in ensuring effective and secure solutions for construction and infrastructure customers. You will work independently with installation, service, and repair of machine control and measurement equipment – and serve as an important technical support to both customers and the sales department.
In the role, you will:
• Perform installation, service, and technical support in the field
• Serve as technical sales support in the region
• Manage inventory and service vehicles
• Handle reporting, invoicing, and warranty matters
• Provide customer feedback and training during installation
• Document work according to established procedures
To succeed in the role, you have:
• 2 years of workshop technical high school education or similar / Or 5 years of experience in similar professions after education
• Experience in construction and infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Ability to use Windows/Android computer/tablet including office programs
• Familiarity with excavation/loading machines, ability to move, dig, and change buckets
