Service Technician

Service Technician As a Service Technician, you are responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with CATL products at customer sites. You will work both independently and together with a dedicated team passionate about providing the best possible service. Assignments vary both in content and length - no two weeks are the same. When a customer needs assistance, you will travel with a service truck, spare parts, and the right tools, primarily in Sweden, but our work will cover all of Scandinavia. Assignments can be both planned and urgent, and some may require overnight stays. You will always carefully document and report your efforts, communicating clearly and professionally with the customer throughout the entire process. Your Tasks: • Troubleshoot and resolve technical errors on CATL battery products, including ESS/ECAR/EBUS/ESV. • Cold/hot testing of systems. • Document efforts and report completed assignments. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional service. We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Has education, experience, or interest, with good development opportunities, in mechatronics, electricity, automation, or similar, e.g., vehicle mechanic. • Enjoys traveling for work (including overnight stays). • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English. • Speaks Chinese is a plus. • Holds a B driver's license. • Is self-driven, solution-oriented, and enjoys working closely with customers. Meriting Qualifications: • Previous experience in service and/or installation of machines, energy storage systems, or batteries.
