About the Position As a service technician for Apple products in our workshop at our headquarters in central Stockholm, you will be part of a close-knit team of over 10 people and take on a role with a variety of tasks at Sweden's leading Apple Business Partner. Our service workshop is directly connected to both our store and office. Responsibilities • Your task as a service technician is to perform service and repairs on Apple hardware, such as computers, phones, iPads, and accessories. • You will communicate with customers for status updates during the repair process. • You will conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and diagnostics according to established routines. • You are responsible for your own work and cases, from start to finish. Your Profile • You speak and write perfect Swedish. • You speak and write English fluently. • Responsible. • Team player. • Empathetic ability. • Willingness to put the customer first and do the right thing. • Interest in technology, computers, and Apple products. • You have completed upper secondary education. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in Apple products, preferably with knowledge of macOS and iOS. Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairs is not a requirement but is an advantage. If you also have the ACMT and ACiT certifications, you will have an edge, though they are not mandatory. As a person, you are responsible and self-driven; you ensure that your tasks are completed and take great responsibility for maintaining high quality in your work.
