About the role
As a Service Technician at GARDENA, you will be a key person in our new service center in Jönköping. Your daily work will be characterized by variety and problem-solving, where you will be responsible for receiving and registering incoming products, diagnosing and repairing robotic lawn mowers, pumps, and other GARDENA products. After completing the service, you will ensure that the products are documented and sent back to customers or retailers. You will work closely with customer service and technical support to ensure that our customers always receive prompt and quality assistance. The role also includes participating in product training and occasionally training colleagues and seasonal workers, allowing you to continuously develop and share your knowledge. You will follow our quality standards and safety procedures and actively contribute to creating a positive and solution-oriented work environment where we together make a difference for our customers.
About you
We believe you have a technical education and an interest in electronics and automation, or you have a strong technical interest and enthusiasm for learning and understanding our products at a deeper level. You are digitally savvy and have a structured and meticulous approach to your work. To succeed in this role, we see that you have a strong team spirit and a genuine interest in providing service to both customers and colleagues. You are flexible, confident, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn new things enable you to quickly adapt to new tasks and contribute to an open and solution-oriented work environment. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and we view English skills positively.
The position is based in Jönköping.
