Responsibilities As a Service Sales Representative, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily workshop work, and follow up to ensure completed work meets time frames and quality - from booking work, preparations, and customer and vehicle reception. The role includes optimizing workshop operations and productivity. Tasks involve receiving workshop customers both through on-site visits and phone calls, and creating cost proposals for ordered repairs and service work.
• Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
• Follow up to ensure efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at every stage, from first customer contact to final delivery.
• Explain different action options and present various alternatives based on customer needs.
Key Competencies/Abilities:
• High school diploma in Automotive Technology or equivalent vocational education
• A few years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, demonstrating strong social skills and customer delivery
• Good computer and telephone proficiency
• Driver's license (B-class)
• Strong service orientation with a mindset of finding the best solutions for customers
• Goal and results-oriented with high drive
