Job Responsibilities
As a Service Sales Representative, you will plan, lead, and distribute the daily workshop work, ensuring that completed work meets time frames and quality - from booking work, preparations, and customer and vehicle reception. The role involves optimizing workshop operations and productivity. Tasks include receiving workshop customers through both on-site visits and phone calls, and creating cost estimates for ordered repairs and service work.
• Contribute to a creative and positive work environment characterized by mutual respect and helpfulness among colleagues.
• Follow up to ensure efficiency, profitability, and quality are achieved at all stages, from first customer contact to final delivery.
• Explain different action options and present various alternatives based on customer needs.
Key Competencies/Abilities:
• High school education in Vehicle Technology or equivalent vocational training
• A few years of experience in service and sales-oriented tasks, demonstrating good social skills and customer delivery
• Good computer and telephone skills
• Valid B driver's license
• Strong service orientation with an approach to finding the best solutions for customers
• Goal and results-oriented with high drive
