In the role of customer service representative, you will be the outward face of this car dealer's workshop division, representing the company with your friendly demeanor.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a customer service demanding role, preferably within the automotive sector, and who understands what excellent customer service entails. It is essential that you have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy a role where the customer is at the center of attention.

You are passionate about creating positive customer experiences and always strive to exceed expectations. Experience with the Kobra system is a requirement, as it is an important part of daily operations. You are sociable and have a knack for collaborating with others. Your positive attitude is contagious, influencing both your colleagues and certainly your customers. In this position, you will encounter various challenges and situations, but with your attitude, you will always find solutions that brighten the customer's day. You are attentive and adapt to each individual's personality and needs, excelling at building personal relationships with customers. Your personality will be highly valued in this selection process.
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, between 7 AM - 4 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you along the way toward a successful career.
