Are you passionate about customer service and providing a professional approach? Do you want to be the face of a well-known company in the automotive industry? Then we have the job for you!
We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing, and solution-oriented person to work as a service advisor at a successful company in northern Stockholm. Here, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for both customers and colleagues every day.
**About the Role**
As a service advisor, you will have a central function in the daily operations of the workshop. You will be the customer's first point of contact, both before, during, and after their visit, ensuring that each customer receives a professional, pleasant, and efficient service.
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule customer appointments for workshop visits via phone and email
- Receive and hand over vehicles
- Handle payments, documentation, and customer inquiries
- Provide advice and guidance on simpler technical issues
- Work in the workshop's computer system and support customers via phone and email
- Contribute to a high level of service and customer satisfaction at all stages
You will be part of an engaged team where quality, clear communication, and good collaboration are important.
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone with a background in service roles, preferably with experience from the automotive industry or a similar customer-facing position. Alternatively, you may have worked in a service-intensive profession and feel that this is your next challenge.
We hope you:
- Have a strong sense of service and enjoy helping people
- Are social, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- See solutions instead of problems
- Easily establish contact and build relationships
- Are structured and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish
- Hold a valid B driver's license
Experience with automotive industry systems (e.g., Kobra, Automaster, Tacdis, Elsa, or Winassist) is a plus, but not a requirement. If you also have an interest in cars, that is an advantage.
**Application and Start Date**
This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Working hours are scheduled during the day from Monday to Friday, with shifts varying between 7 AM - 4 PM and 9 AM - 6 PM. You will receive a secure employment with Starfinder and a consultant manager who will support you along the way to a successful career. There are significant opportunities for direct recruitment to the client company.
