Autolane AB is growing rapidly – and we are now looking for a Service Advisor who wants to take a central role in our continued development. With us, you will be the face of the business, the link between the workshop, management, and the sales team – and a key person in creating a smooth, efficient, and professional customer experience.
Your role with us
As a Service Advisor, you will have a broad and important responsibility, including:
• Welcoming customers and being the company’s reliable and professional contact point
• Planning and coordinating all workshop jobs for both motorcycles and cars
• Engaging in daily dialogue with mechanics, management, and salespeople
• Ordering parts and ensuring that the material flow operates smoothly
• Actively working to cost-effectively streamline operations without compromising quality
• Handling warranty and complaint cases
• Communicating clearly with customers and following up on jobs from start to finish
• Developing routines and improving the customer experience together with the team

• Has experience from a workshop, advisory, or service industry
• Is knowledgeable about both cars and motorcycles
• Is organized, solution-oriented, and self-driven
• Communicates easily and builds trust
