Your Role
As a service advisor/customer service representative, you are responsible for receiving our customers, booking and planning workshop work, distributing spare parts, and ensuring efficient case handling. You will work closely with the workshop manager, technicians, and other colleagues, ensuring customer needs are met in the best possible way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Booking and planning of service and repairs
• Insurance claim management
• Invoicing and verification of incoming invoices
• Service contract administration and other administrative tasks
Your Profile
We are seeking someone with documented experience as a service advisor or customer service representative in the automotive industry.
To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, service-oriented, and have strong administrative skills. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine customer contact with administration and problem-solving.
We prefer candidates with:
• Experience with systems like KOBRA and CABAS (merit)
• Strong Excel skills
• Vehicle technical education (merit)
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and build strong customer relationships
We value a positive attitude, collaborative skills, and the willingness to go the extra mile for both customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Class B driver's license
Merits:
• Additional experience in the automotive industry
• Class C or D driver's license
