The service advisor role will have a strong focus on customer contact, which will be a recurring aspect throughout the work. Tasks may include: Helping customers with various questions about car parts, to advising on different service jobs. Managing administrative tasks such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.
About the Position
- Receive customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Prepare cost estimates and provide price information
- Communicate with technicians to follow up on work orders
- Ensure the right spare parts and services are offered
- Maintain ongoing customer contact to provide status updates
- Administer bookings, quotes, and invoices
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has good system proficiency in one of the following systems: (KOBRA, CABAS, WINASSIST)
- Has relatively good knowledge of spare parts
- Technical knowledge of passenger vehicles
- Structured work approach
- Manual B driver's license

The position is full-time with working hours during daytime, Monday to Friday.
