About this role
We are a first-generation family business operating within automotive sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who remains the main owner. We have approximately 850 employees in the group and a turnover of around 5 billion. We have facilities in 18 locations, primarily in West Sweden, and are dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Transportation Vehicles, and Scania.
We operate through three different companies, but under one common brand – Toveks Bil.
As a service advisor with us, you are the company's face outward and the hub of operations.
You will receive our customers, guide them through their service process, and provide support and guidance. A significant part of your work is ensuring customers always feel welcome and leave with a positive experience. Your main tasks include digitally building service and repairs in our systems, booking customer vehicles into the workshop, receiving and returning vehicles, pricing jobs, and contacting customers with cost proposals. You will also assess warranty claims, insurance matters, process customer complaints, and guide customers. The computer and its systems are your primary work tools, along with the telephone. In your work, you will strive to optimize the workshop's productivity and operations.
We are seeking someone with experience in a service role within the automotive industry who enjoys a position with extensive customer contact. You are accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented. We believe you have commitment and strong personal integrity. We think you excel at driving your work independently and completing what you start. As a person, you are results-focused and strive to develop yourself, your role, and your team.
In the service advisor role, you will daily meet customers in our car halls, by phone, and email. You will work with market-leading brands and the latest car technology, such as connected cars, apps, and electrified vehicles. This demands technical knowledge and interest.
