Service Personnel for Recompany – Nacka/Saltsjö-Boo About the Position Recompany is growing and now seeking a new team member for our operations team! We work with comprehensive waste management solutions for properties and companies – from supervision and maintenance to consulting and environmental room services. As service personnel with us, you are a crucial part of our team ensuring everything runs smoothly for our customers. Work Tasks • Supervision and sorting of waste at customer sites • Maintenance and care of environmental rooms and areas • Minor repairs and site organization • Reporting deviations and improvement suggestions • Daily contact with operations manager and colleagues for daily job planning • Responsibility for service vehicle and ensuring correct equipment is taken on assignments • Work is field-based with the main workplace in Nacka Orminge We Are Looking for Someone Who • Enjoys physical work and likes taking responsibility • Is solution-oriented, detail-conscious, and has excellent service skills • Communicates and collaborates easily • Is punctual and reliable • Has a valid driver's license (B-license, required) • Speaks fluent Swedish and English • Has a clean criminal record • Is positive and motivated Previous experience in waste management, property maintenance, logistics, or similar is advantageous but not required. The most important qualities are the right attitude and willingness to learn.
