Job Description: Office Maintenance and Support Specialist

Role Description
What will a workday look like? And what will your tasks be? We like structure but also variety – work should be enjoyable!
The primary focus of the role is maintaining our premises, ensuring the workplace feels welcoming, comfortable, and in top condition. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating daily order and comfort and enjoys multitasking.
You will:
• Ensure office spaces, dining areas, meeting rooms, and other common areas are clean, tidy, and maintained to an excellent standard
• Manage and handle recycling
• Ensure supplies are always in stock – from coffee to paper products
• Be the helpful hand when unexpected situations arise
What are we looking for?
Most importantly, you have a burning interest in order and organization – you are happiest when your environment is neat, tidy, and well-organized.
You are structured, proactive, and work independently, but also appreciate being part of a team where everyone helps each other. Collaboration is crucial to us – we believe in working together and having fun in the process.
Most of your work will involve maintaining our premises to the high standard we strive for, both in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in service-related work
• Good understanding of Swedish and English
As it may be difficult to reach us without a car, we prefer candidates with a driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Work Time & Duration: Full-time, Ongoing, On-site in Eskilstuna
