Service Manager

We are now looking for a Service Leader for our operations in Malmö. This is a role for you who thrives in a varied everyday environment, with plenty of customer contact, technical challenges, and the opportunity to make a difference every day. About the Role As a Service Leader at Xylem, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on our service assignments. You are a central link between our customers and our technicians, ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality. You prioritize and distribute tasks, monitor ongoing assignments, and are available as support for the technicians in their daily work. The role involves both administrative responsibilities and close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions. When necessary, you will also perform service and maintenance work in the field. You will actively work on developing routines and processes to create even better workflows and customer experiences—always with a focus on safety, quality, and service. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a technical background and experience in service and customer contact. Previous experience in the water and wastewater industry or similar fields is an advantage, but not a requirement. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating. You thrive in a coordinating role where you can take responsibility, make decisions, and contribute to the team achieving its goals. We prefer that you are a positive and engaged leader who motivates others through clarity and good communication. Experience in leadership is a plus, but we also welcome those who wish to step into a leadership role. A valid driver's license (B) and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required. Application We look forward to receiving your application.
