We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator for our Aftermarket department. We are looking for a structured and diligent individual with a strong service orientation who wants to be part of our team.
**Responsibilities**
As a coordinator, your role involves working closely with our service technicians in planning and staffing service assignments performed worldwide. You will play a key role in communication with our customers, requiring an ability to build strong relationships through high levels of service and customer focus.
Your responsibilities will primarily include administering and assisting the department with planning, bookings, and invoicing. You will also be tasked with preparing documentation for invoicing of service assignments, managing various forms, templates, and documents, as well as archiving.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who is social and service-oriented with a good sense of structure and attention to detail in their work. You thrive when working against deadlines and enjoy collaborating with others in a coordinating role. You take the initiative to solve problems as they arise and enjoy refining processes and workflows through improvement work. You have a high school education along with prior work experience in an administrative role within a service organization. Your proficiency in the Office suite and general computer usage is at a high level. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
