We are currently seeking a receptionist for a varied assignment at a world-leading company in the industrial and consumer sector. Here, you will be an important point of contact for both employees and visitors in the building. You will greet with a smile, provide top-notch service, and contribute to creating a warm and professional environment.
About the Role
As a receptionist, you will be the first impression for employees, customers, and visitors. Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for creating a warm, inviting, and professional atmosphere where everyone feels seen and welcomed. This is a social and dynamic role where you need to be meticulous, solution-oriented, and confident in taking your own initiatives. With your sense of service and eye for detail, you will ensure that both daily routines and unexpected events are handled with engagement and a smile.
Your main responsibilities will include, among others:
• Welcoming visitors and creating a warm and professional atmosphere in the reception
• Managing mail and package handling
• Performing administrative tasks
• Supporting internal functions with practical matters and being an accessible service point in daily operations
• Ensuring that the reception, entrance environment, and entire office space are always welcoming and representative
Who Are We Looking For:
We are looking for a positive and social person with a strong sense of service and attention to detail. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or another front office role

• A solution-oriented mindset and enjoy a fast-paced environment with varied tasks
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent with an initial probationary period of 6 months
Working Hours: Weekdays during office hours
