Your role as an assistant is to compensate for my weak muscles by being in the background and helping me with practical tasks so that I can maintain my roles as a friend, colleague, sister, and daughter. Having personal assistance is crucial for me to live the life I desire.
I am looking for someone who is reliable, meticulous, and has a sense of service. You need to be organized and able to follow instructions easily. You should be self-assured and comfortable in your own company. You must be able to go with the flow, adapt to different situations, and have the ability to switch between high and low pace. It is especially important that you are attentive, flexible, and have a sense of personal integrity. Previous experience in personal assistance is not a requirement; personal chemistry is the most important factor.
