About the Role
In the role of order support, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle incoming calls, register service notifications, assist with orders, and ensure that cases are correctly reported within the organization. Your role is central and varied, ensuring that our customers feel acknowledged and receive high-quality service.
You will work closely with technicians, sales representatives, and other colleagues within the service organization. One day might involve following up on a customer delivery, the next coordinating a service effort or handling a case.
You will become part of a committed team that values an inclusive culture, shared goals, and an open climate where ideas are appreciated and welcomed.
We are looking for someone who:
