Service-oriented HR Administrator with a focus on payroll administration

Your future challenge We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented HR Administrator with a focus on payroll administration for our HR department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and quality-assuring the payroll process in collaboration with our external payroll provider, while also handling other administrative HR tasks. This position is suitable for you if you enjoy working in a central role where structure, accountability, and collaboration are crucial to ensure that our employees receive the correct salary on time. Responsibilities: - Act as the point of contact for our outsourced payroll partner and ensure that all payroll information is accurate and delivered on time. - Collect, verify, and register payroll data such as time reporting, absences, vacations, and other personnel changes. - Support managers and employees with payroll and HR-related inquiries. - Participate in efforts to develop and streamline administrative routines within HR and payroll. - Handle other administrative tasks such as reporting, statistics, and archiving. - Collaborate with the finance department on payroll-related issues and accounting. - Provide additional system support. - Perform other standard administrative HR tasks. Who you are We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance or administration, or equivalent work experience. You have prior experience in payroll administration and a good understanding of the entire payroll process. It is an advantage if you have worked with HR administration and are familiar with applicable laws, collective agreements, and HR processes. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, meticulous, and very time-conscious. You have a strong ability to plan and prioritize your work to meet deadlines, even during periods of high workload. You find it easy to build good relationships both internally and externally and thrive in a role where structure and collaboration are key.
