About the job You will have a central role in ensuring that employee permissions are administered correctly and securely. You will be responsible for translating physical identity into digital by creating and managing EFOS and user accounts. In your work, you will use our Permissions Portal – a central tool that facilitates onboarding, offboarding, and regular permission reviews. Your responsibilities will include: - Administering user and permission management in the Permissions Portal, based on Sailpoint's IdentityIQ system. - Providing user support to end-users of the Permissions Portal. - Maintaining and updating documentation, including manuals and quick guides. - Being an expert in packaging permissions and contributing to the development of the Permissions Portal based on user needs. - Assisting in permission follow-ups and participating in audits by the National Audit Office. - Administering users and permissions in EFOS. - Collaborating with colleagues within the IT department as well as other departments within the agency. - Collaborating with other authorities and conducting environmental monitoring. You will belong to the Agency-wide IT unit in the IT department and become part of an engaged team consisting of developers, systems specialists, Scrum Masters, permission administrators, and product owners. Together, you will work to make permission management simpler and more efficient. The team is part of one of the agency's agile trains responsible for delivering stable and secure IT production services. Your profile As a person, you are structured and want to contribute to the smooth functioning of permission administration with a focus on end-users. We are looking for someone who has: - A high school diploma as the minimum educational level, preferably with a focus on IT. - Experience in permission administration in mission-critical production systems within Microsoft Active Directory and have worked with this at least once in the past five years. - A basic technical understanding of how Microsoft Active Directory works and how to effectively and securely manage AD groups and user accounts. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have: - Experience in developing role-based permission management in an organization. - Experience with EFOS and smart cards, as well as a good ability to understand technical contexts. - Experience managing users and permissions in IdentityIQ. - Experience working with continuous improvements related to processes, workflows, and end-user experience. - Experience driving improvement work through automation of workflows and processes. - Knowledge of authentication methods. - Experience working with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, JSM, Confluence). - Experience with agile working methods and frameworks such as SAFe Agile Framework.
