Job Description
We are currently seeking a driven and methodical Backoffice Employee with an eye for detail and service! In this role, you will work to ensure that every work order is handled smoothly and that the company's customers and dealers are more than satisfied.
We are looking for an administrative backoffice team member in Uppsala. Your role will be central in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with our customers and dealers.
Initially, you will work with our web-based programs and case management systems, where your primary task will be to register and manage work orders and the associated tasks. Over time, the responsibilities will become a bit more challenging, and you will be supported by a cheerful and cohesive team.
The position is based in Uppsala and is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Autorekrytering and assigned full-time to our client company. The intention is for the assignment to continue indefinitely, with a good opportunity for permanent employment with the company in the long run. More information about the company and the position will be provided during a potential interview.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing role who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. You have strong administrative skills, are organized and solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail.
You need to be computer literate and quick to learn new systems. In this role, you will also have daily contact with customers and dealers, so we expect you to be service-minded and problem-solving in your approach.
We would like you to have:
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar tasks
• Strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to build good customer relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (B category)
