Dematek AB is the market's most comprehensive supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training. We are represented throughout Sweden, and we are now looking for a new Service Group Manager for the Stockholm area. We Offer You:
As a Service Group Manager, you will have customer, budget, and personnel responsibility for a team of approximately 15 technicians, as well as service agreements and work within the assigned area. Your managerial responsibilities include recruitment, salary setting, employee reviews, and budget work. You will be responsible for leading daily operations, overall resource and work planning, calculation and quotation work, and to some extent, project and assembly management. Additionally, you will ensure that your employees have the right conditions and work proactively for a good working environment.
You will manage and further develop a business with good profitability and strong growth, with responsibility for the region's customer relationships, agreements, and sales within service.

We Are Looking for You Who Have:
• Previous leadership experience in the industry; experience in lifting equipment and service operations is a strength
• Previous experience with marketing, budget, and personnel responsibility for over 10 employees
• Previous experience in relationship-building sales
• Previous experience leading remotely
• A valid driver's license (B)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Other Information:
The position is full-time. Alcohol and drug testing may occur at our clients' sites. A company car is offered as part of the position.
As part of the recruitment process, a background check will be conducted. The position involves work with clients in security-classified operations and therefore requires an approved security clearance, which includes a background check, interview, and assessment of loyalty, reliability, and potential vulnerabilities. The check includes verification of identity, an extract from the criminal record, and a credit report.
You will be based at our office in Segeltorp, and business travel will occur regularly as your region extends across the entire Mälardalen/Östergötland/Norra Småland.
