Our service offerings are broad and include newly produced condominiums, rental apartments, housing savings, and membership for condominium associations and individual members. We provide comprehensive property management, and among our clients are condominium associations, rental properties, commercial premises, and private property owners. **Responsibilities and Tasks** At HSB Boservice in Uppland AB, craftsmen and technicians work on everything needed in and around our clients' properties to take care of them in the best way possible, from repairs and maintenance services to renovations and reconstructions. As a service electrician, you will plan your workday together with management and colleagues to prioritize and handle the incoming tasks. We take on cases with varying complexity and scope. This means that the work can be performed both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. **Requirements Profile** To thrive and succeed in this role, you have: - Electrician training and at least 5 years of work experience in the profession - Good knowledge of troubleshooting, repairs, and new installations in electrical work - You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and have a strong sense of service, understanding the importance of precision - Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as most of the work occurs in clients' home environments - Good computer skills, as all reporting is done digitally - A valid driver's license (B category) is required - Experience with low current systems or control and regulation systems is an advantage **Personal Qualities** You will be one of the company's most important faces to the outside world, so it is crucial that you are service-oriented.
