About the job The Swedish Transport Agency works to achieve good accessibility, high quality, secure, and environmentally friendly transport within rail, aviation, maritime, and road. The IT department plays a crucial role in sustainable development and in creating both utility and value in society. The service desk and ITSM section, part of the infrastructure and operations unit, is tasked with handling requests and actions based on the needs of our operations. In our work, we utilize ITIL processes. We are now looking for a service desk technician with a strong customer focus who is driven to provide high-quality support. You will - be part of a team of 9 people - act as SPOC (single point of contact) and dispatch cases to other sections - register, manage, analyze, and troubleshoot IT cases from all operations within the Swedish Transport Agency - update documentation, such as knowledge articles - work with account and access management - contribute to continuous improvements in the service desk function. You will also receive an in-depth introduction/training in the role of service desk technician. You must have - a completed education at least at the high school level with a focus on IT or equivalent skills acquired in another way that the Swedish Transport Agency deems comparable - at least two years of work experience* in IT support, where you have worked with support from a case management system *(internships related to education do not count as work experience) - very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. It is advantageous if you also have - experience working in AD (Active Directory) - experience working with Windows and the Office suite.
