About the Position
As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of both the workshop, spare parts, and customer reception at the facility. The overall responsibility involves creating an efficient and safe operation by maintaining and developing existing routines. A key part of the role is to create conditions for high customer satisfaction. The position includes responsibility for turnover, utilization, and results in the service market, driving these towards established goals and key performance indicators.
A significant focus is placed on leadership and responsibility for the entire employment cycle - from recruitment, management, and distribution of work, resource and competency assurance, development and engagement of staff, and salary setting - to establishing and maintaining a safe and regulated work environment. You are also responsible for capital assets such as vehicles, tools, equipment, and machinery.
Currently, the team consists of 7 technicians, 4 service advisors/claims handlers, and one spare parts manager.
We are looking for someone who
· Holds a valid driver's license (B category)
· Has several years of experience in the automotive industry, sales, or aftersales/workshop
· Has documented leadership experience
· Possesses good general computer skills (Kobra is highly beneficial)
· Has the ability to achieve business goals and develop and improve processes for the operation
· Is ambitious, performance-oriented, and willing to make decisions
· Takes initiative in business matters and always keeps business opportunities in mind
· Is driven to inspire others and create a strong team spirit
