We are now seeking a Service Manager with key responsibility for leading the service operations, developing work methods, and ensuring high quality, profitability, and customer experience.
About the Role As Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for service operations and become a central part of driving the business forward. You will lead and coach the team, ensure efficient processes, and develop the business in line with Hedbergs Bil's high-quality standards.
You will, among other things:
• Be responsible for the daily operations and development of the service workshop, in close collaboration with the workshop manager.
• Coach, motivate, and develop employees to achieve common goals.
• Drive improvements in routines, processes, and customer flows.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of delivery.
• Follow up KPIs (e.g., invoicing, efficiency, productivity) and translate insights into actions.
• Collaborate closely with other parts of the organization.
Your Profile You have experience in leadership within service, workshop, or similar industries and thrive in a role that combines operational daily work with development work. Experience in a managerial role such as service manager, workshop manager, or team leader is meritorious.

• Documented leadership experience, preferably within the automotive industry or related area.
• Ability to drive change and improvement work.
• Good understanding of service processes and customer flows.
• A communicative, structured, and results-oriented personality.
