We are now looking for a Service Manager for our facility in Jönköping.
Our ambition is to be at the forefront of Volvo's service network, and we are seeking someone with the right drive and tools to capitalize on what we already do well and to further develop our operations and service concept.
In your daily work, you will be close to customers and employees, engaging in all aspects of the business. Your team consists of around 20 dedicated employees in the workshop, parts, and administration.
We believe that by clearly communicating goals, delegating responsibilities, and following up, you will create participation and enthusiasm around the mission. This is all aimed at achieving the organization's high goals regarding customer satisfaction, work environment, profitability, and quality. You will have budget and result responsibility as well as full personnel responsibility for your team.
You will report directly to the Service Market Manager.
About You
You have experience in operational leadership and know how to build teams and translate action plans into practice. It is an advantage to have good knowledge of our industry and the aftermarket sector, but what is most important is that you have what it takes to develop the business, lead people, and know how to build strong relationships both within and outside the organization.
We expect you to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable using English when required. You have good knowledge of MS Office and are an experienced system user. A B driver's license is required, and a C license is a plus.
As a person, you are driven to create strong teams and strive, together with your employees, to gain control over the entire work process.
