About this role

Are You Ready to Take the Next Step as a Leader and Create a Top-Tier Service Organization? In the role of Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a geographically dispersed service team in the East Region. You will lead remotely, plan resources, and ensure the right expertise is in the right place. You will be a driving force in developing both people and working methods, collaborating closely with other functions such as sales, service support, and our Spare Parts team. You will be part of a larger team with four other service managers in Sweden. This is a role for those who want to combine operational responsibility with strategic development. You will have the opportunity to influence, improve, and create best practices. What You Will Do You will lead and develop a team of service technicians remotely. You will plan and allocate work based on technical competence, geographic location, and customer needs. You are responsible for personnel administration and will conduct performance reviews with your employees. You will collaborate with other functions in the organization and follow up on new customer relationships. You will report KPIs and drive the development of your area. The job involves travel within Sweden and Denmark, and you need to live in the East Region, which means within the area or in the following cities: Jönköping, Linköping, Västervik, Oskarshamn, and Värnamo, where your employees and our customers are located. What We Believe You Will Bring • At least five years of leadership experience, preferably in the industry and with experience in remote leadership • Preferably a theoretical leadership education or course • Good administrative skills • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Driving License B is required It is an advantage if you have experience as a service technician or have a technical/mechanical interest.
