Service Manager in Energy Management 🌱

**About the Position** On behalf of our client, Wrknest is seeking a driven and business-minded Service Manager who wants to take a leading role in energy management. The position is based in Nacka and entails overall responsibility for the operations organization, where you will have the opportunity to influence structure, development, and business. In this role, you will combine strategic responsibility with operational leadership. You will be central to ensuring high quality in delivery, system support, and customer relations—while leading a dedicated team of technicians and operations managers. **Your Future Responsibilities** As Service Manager, you will have full personnel, budget, and performance responsibility for operations. You will ensure that work orders are handled efficiently, that customer contacts are managed professionally, and that the business is driven according to set goals. You will also be responsible for workplace safety issues and will own the work order system. More specifically, this means that you will: - Lead the team and follow up on work orders, fault reports, and ongoing projects - Ensure quality in billing documentation, time reporting, and customer agreements - Identify new business opportunities and develop relevant proposals - Work on the development of internal working methods, processes, and systems **We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:** - Experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility - Refrigeration certification class 1 - Good knowledge of SDF and very good knowledge of MS Office - A solid understanding of finance and follow-up - Experience in writing and managing contracts - Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form You are a responsible, structured, and business-oriented leader with a strong ability to inspire others.
