In the role of Service Manager, you will primarily be involved in repairs, case management, and follow-up. You should stay updated on consumer rights and aim to review procedures and guidelines to deliver even better service and customer experiences. To take on this role, you need to be meticulous and structured, with extensive knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting methods.
Main responsibilities: (Largely, but not exclusively)
• Responsible for the daily operations of service/repairs
• Perform troubleshooting/repair of computers
• Customer feedback
• Evaluate and potentially develop new procedures to streamline workflows
• Assemble computers
• Stay updated on external guidelines and laws, ensuring that procedures and guidelines are followed
This position is based on-site in Upplands Väsby/Bredden. This is a permanent position, with commencement as soon as possible.
