About the Role
You will work as Service & Operations Manager for some of our most prestigious assignments in central Stockholm. A role where hospitality, quality, and innovation meet daily, and where you will lead and develop the entire operation. As Service & Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for ensuring seamless delivery every day. You will lead an engaged team of about 20 people, with two direct-reporting leaders. You have comprehensive responsibility for operations, quality, personnel, finance, and development. Through close collaboration with the client, clear communication, and a coaching leadership style, you will drive both people and the business forward. The ambition is for you to start before the assignment begins, participating in recruiting and onboarding staff and establishing routines and processes for the assignment.
Your Main Tasks Include:
• Lead, coach, and inspire leaders and service team
• Overall responsible for operations, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Follow up KPIs, finances, and agreed service levels
• Drive development work, innovation, and sustainability
• Develop collaboration and strengthen customer partnerships

We Believe You Have:
• Experience in a leading role within IFM, facility management, hotels, office services, or similar
• Strong communication skills and natural sense for customer relations
• Documented experience in personnel management and leading through other leaders
• Deep understanding of finance, key metrics, and follow-up
