ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is a leading player in medical technology and e-health solutions, developing technology that streamlines healthcare processes globally – this is your chance to be part of a product that directly assists healthcare providers and your fellow human beings! Despite their leading position in the market, they are a smaller company with about 30-40 employees, where departments work closely and collaborate with one another. The company is currently undergoing a restructuring with a clear vision to advance in its development and structure!
You are offered
- A full-time consulting assignment of 40 hours/week. The assignment is ongoing with an initial consulting period of 6-12 months. Afterward, if all parties are satisfied, our client may choose to recruit you internally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
* Manage and resolve support cases
* Perform troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
* Oversee IT operations and maintenance
* System installation and updates
* Customer contact and field support – visiting customers to provide technical support and perform preventive maintenance
* Collaborate with the product development team to improve solutions and services based on customer feedback
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has extensive experience in similar support and service technical tasks and a strong interest in IT, technology, and service.
- Possesses good skills in IT operations, networking, and system integrations.
- Has previous experience in IT Security (GDPR, firewall management, encryption) as well as remote support solutions and ITIL processes.
- Holds a valid B driver's license (manual).
- Can communicate professionally in Swedish and fluently in English.
It is advantageous if you have
- A higher education or vocational engineering degree with a focus on medical technology or other technical education/experience that can be considered equivalent by the employer.
- Experience from MedTech, healthcare, or a technical industry where quality and precision are critical.
- Knowledge and experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), or scripting in PowerShell.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in medical technology, such as MDR and ISO 13485.
