Service and Support Technician – Dental Equipment & 3D Printing

Denthouse AB is a leading provider of digital solutions for dental laboratories and dental clinics. We offer advanced equipment such as 3D printers, milling machines, and associated software. We are now seeking a service and support technician who wants to work in a diverse role where both technology and customer relationships are at the forefront.
Responsibilities
• Installation, service, maintenance, and repair of 3D printers, milling machines, and other dental equipment
• On-site technical support for customers as well as remote support
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure high operational reliability
• Preparation of quotes and follow-up with customers
• Continuous customer contact to inform about news and updates regarding our solutions
• Training and advising customers on the use of the equipment
Qualifications
• Technical education or equivalent experience in service and support
• Preferred: knowledge of CNC machines, 3D printing, or medical technology equipment
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (B category) is required
