About the Role
As Manager Service Hub, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our service and repair business in Sweden and Norway. The role involves leading and developing personnel, collaborating with external service partners, managing spare parts and replacement products, and ensuring that processes and routines follow our quality requirements and customer promises. You will be a key person in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across the entire operation.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily operations of the Service Hub in Sweden and Norway
• Ensure efficient and high-quality service and repair processes
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and follow up on results
• Collaborate and build long-term relationships with external service and repair partners
• Responsible for ordering and managing spare parts and replacement products
• Identify, develop, and implement improvements to processes and routines
• Ensure customer promises, quality goals, and internal guidelines are met
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
• Relevant higher education in mechanical or electrical engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in service or repair operations
• Documented leadership experience, minimum 2 years
• Experience collaborating with and leading external service partners
• Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, knowledge of Norwegian or German is meritorious
• Experience in power tools or related industry is an advantage
• Driver's license (B-class) is required
