About the Role
As a Service Lead, you help our customers make sustainability a driver for business development and change. You listen to their needs, lead projects that make a real difference, and build long-term relationships that create value for both customers and society. You have a commercial responsibility to develop our offering and contribute to growth – in close collaboration with colleagues in Sweden and internationally. The role also includes personnel management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a leader, you will have the opportunity to:
• Create business value by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and using your network to open new doors.
• Lead or support our most important customer assignments – with responsibility for approach, quality, and customer dialogue.
• Develop collaborations within Ramboll – in Sweden and globally – to showcase our expertise and win assignments together.
• Drive the development of our sustainability advisory and climate adaptation offering as part of our global management team.
• Drive the development of our climate resilience service offering.
• Lead and support employees in their development – and create an environment where people thrive, grow, and perform together.
As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to:
• Help organizations meet sustainability challenges with solutions that make a difference.
• Create structure in the customer's sustainability work – from analysis to goals and concrete actions.
• Contribute to companies taking responsibility for human rights and sustainable governance.
• Simplify complex reporting and help customers meet requirements such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and other regulations.
• Support decision-makers in navigating sustainable financing and making long-term wise investment decisions.
Who Are You?

• Have many years of experience as a senior consultant in ESG, sustainability advisory, and business consulting
• Have experience and expertise across the entire sustainability and ESG spectrum, including biodiversity, responsible business, and circular economy
• Have deep knowledge and experience in climate issues, including assessment of physical and transition-related climate risks and transition plans
• Have a developed understanding of EU sustainability reporting regulations, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and EUDR
• Have an excellent ability to build business relationships and drive sales of advisory services, with documented good results
• Have a strong commercial drive and an active network of potential customers and business opportunities
• Are a team player who wants to win together and showcase the best we have for our customers
• Enjoy leading and developing people – with experience in coaching leadership, team leadership, and skills development
It is a great added value if you have:
• Specialist expertise in climate issues, focusing on climate adaptation and resilience, analysis of physical and transition-related risks, as well as emission reduction and development of transition roadmaps in line with SBTi
• Experience from industries such as Energy, Real Estate, Urban Development, Industry, Financial Institutions and Investors, Water & Wastewater, or Transport & Infrastructure
