We are looking for more stars for the service team at Karstorp Säteri & Spa / Butcher Boys BBQ. Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment, satisfied guests, and the excitement of each day being different? Then you are probably the person we are looking for. Karstorp Säteri in Skövde is a growing facility with a hotel, conference center, two restaurants, and a new spa on the way. We now need to strengthen our team with more service staff who want to help create memorable experiences for our guests. **Your Role** As part of the service team, you will be responsible for: • Taking care of guests in the restaurant, bar, conference, and occasionally breakfast • Providing personalized service with a focus on hospitality and professional interaction • Serving food and drinks, setting tables, clearing away, and maintaining order in the dining area and facilities • Assisting with weddings, events, and larger groups • Collaborating closely with the kitchen, reception, and other departments The positions may include day, evening, and weekend shifts depending on the season and occupancy. **Who Are You?** We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in service/restaurant/hotel – or is the right person with the right attitude • Thrives in environments where many things are happening simultaneously • Is comfortable talking to people and has a passion for service • Is meticulous, resilient under stress, and takes responsibility • Can work both independently and as part of a team • Speaks Swedish fluently and preferably English **We Offer** • A workplace in a beautiful manor environment by the lake in Skövde • Colleagues who are engaged, unpretentious, and used to pitching in where needed • The opportunity to grow with a facility that is developing and investing significantly in the coming years • Varied tasks with both weekdays, weekends, and seasonal peaks **Employment Type** • Hourly employment, part-time, and potentially full-time depending on needs and agreement • Start date by agreement, interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis **Application** Please send your CV and a brief introduction about yourself to: We are recruiting continuously, so do not hesitate to apply.
