About the Role
We are seeking someone who wants to combine data-driven digital marketing with hands-on web support and administration. You will plan, execute, and optimize our paid campaigns from start to finish and continuously work on SEO-optimizing our site while being proactive when customers or colleagues need assistance in our web shop. You will work in a small team of 4 people. As a person, you are curious and constantly seek new knowledge in the field. We believe you are analytical and love system technology, eager to share your knowledge with the rest of the team. In addition to working with Hot Screen, you will also work on similar projects for other companies within the group.
To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone with a relevant university degree and several years of experience working with SEO & Paid Search, either in-house or at an agency. You take initiative, are creative, flexible, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. You are accustomed to working towards set goals and work strategically towards milestones, following up and reporting on your efforts.
Your Mission
• Operational campaign management in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
• Continuous SEO optimization of our site across all markets Hot Screen operates in
• Keyword and competitor analysis, as well as A/B testing
• Ongoing optimization based on KPIs such as ROAS, traffic, and lead quality
• Report and dashboard building in GA4 and Looker Studio or similar tools
• Using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar for analysis
• Measure, follow up, and propose improvements based on business-critical KPIs
• Receive, troubleshoot, and prioritize bug tickets in our project management system, covering both e-commerce and business systems
• Create and update landing pages on our website
• Perform product updates and campaign settings in our PIM
Additional Responsibilities
• Support the marketing team with design materials, copy adaptations, and trade show materials when needed
Mandatory Competencies
• College education or equivalent in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of practical experience in SEO/SEM in agency or in-house environment
• Documented proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4/Looker Studio
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
• Conversion and UX optimization (CRO, user testing)
• Good knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Previous experience with Litium or other CMS
• Native Swedish and fluent business English
Merits

• Experience with project management/ticket systems (Monday or similar)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript/REACT
• Finnish or German in a business context
• Automation/scripting in Apps Script or Python
