Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Leasing Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: • Drive requirements management across business processes, domains, and vendors with focus on Asset Finance (Leasing). • Contribute deep product knowledge to end-to-end process alignment, ensuring harmonized and scalable solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, finance, AML, and operations to define requirements and ensure clarity with external vendors. • Support the business in articulating needs, identifying gaps, and aligning processes with strategic objectives. • Participate in feature refinement, solution design, and testing to ensure business requirements are met. • Conduct system testing with a holistic view of product functionality, identifying and reporting defects and following up on resolutions. • Communicate product updates and deliveries to relevant domains, ensuring shared understanding and alignment. • Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements based on experience and best practices. • Support and coach business users in adopting new ways of working and tools. • Contribute to prioritization and refinement of the product backlog to ensure efficient delivery. What you bring: • Proven expertise in banking or financial services within a B2B environment, with strong knowledge of leasing. • Experience working across cross-functional teams covering requirements, development, and testing. • Background in large-scale transformation or core banking system change programs. • Understanding of key banking domains such as operations, credit, payments, collections, and finance. • Strong proficiency in JIRA and familiarity with agile project delivery. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying defects and inconsistencies. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and drive collaboration. • High degree of independence in planning, prioritizing, and executing daily tasks. • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
