Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior ERP Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: • Support, maintain, and develop key business applications that drive operational efficiency across ESS. • Collaborate with a team of ERP experts and stakeholders in procurement, finance, and HR to ensure seamless system functionality. • Provide technical administration, configuration, and support for Unit4 ERP, Primavera P6 EPPM, Mercur Business Control, and CatalystOne HRM. • Participate in implementation projects, including the rollout of the CatalystOne HRM suite, new payroll solutions, Workforce Management tools, and ERP Cloud migration. • Manage integrations and interfaces between ERP tools and other ESS systems. • Diagnose and resolve system and application issues to ensure operational continuity. • Develop and implement workflows, reporting processes, and process automation to optimize business operations. • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth system operations and delivery. What you bring: • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. • Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably Unit4 ERP, Primavera, CatalystOne, and/or Mercur. • Familiarity with HR, payroll, and workforce management systems is advantageous. • Strong technical background in system configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow design. • Understanding of ERP and HRM integrations with procurement, finance, and HR processes. • Knowledge of database management, data migration, and reporting tools is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. • Strong organizational skills and ability to contribute to large-scale implementation projects. • Self-driven, collaborative, and able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
