Assignment Description: We are looking for a Senior Industrialization Project Manager to join our dynamic team. What you will work on: • Plan, coordinate, and execute industrialization projects within manufacturing and production areas, ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines. • Prepare project designs, specifications, and schedules, including cost estimates and resource plans. • Oversee activities such as production setup, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning of new facilities or systems. • Monitor project progress and performance against established plans, proactively addressing operational challenges and minimizing delays. • Support the development of engineering standards, designs, and work specifications as needed. • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and material or equipment selection to ensure project efficiency and compliance. • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery. • Work under general supervision while managing smaller projects independently or leading defined parts of larger projects in coordination with senior project managers. What you bring: • 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrialization, project management, or manufacturing engineering. • Strong understanding of operational planning, resource coordination, and production processes. • Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and performance tracking. • Experience in preparing engineering documentation, specifications, and cost estimations. • Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage moderately complex challenges and make informed decisions. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions and with suppliers or contractors. • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results within defined project frameworks
