Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer/Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Contribute equally as a Senior .NET Developer and Scrum Master, combining technical delivery with agile facilitation.
• Develop and enhance cloud-based .NET solutions in Azure, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Work with micro frontends in React, integrations, and modern architectural patterns.
• Containerize and deploy applications in OpenShift or similar environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, automating deployments and environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and delivery best practices.
• Apply test-driven development principles to secure high code quality and maintainability.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in agile practices and promote an environment of learning and innovation.
• Participate in architectural discussions, contributing to the design and evolution of resilient, event-driven systems.
What you bring:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, skilled in facilitating agile ceremonies and improving team dynamics.
• Strong background in .NET development and Azure-based solutions.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous) and resilient design principles (CQRS, event sourcing, saga/outbox patterns).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and deployment in OpenShift or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and Infrastructure as Code (preferably using Bicep).
• Commitment to test-driven development and continuous quality improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a passion for knowledge sharing.
• Curious and open-minded, with an agile mindset and readiness to challenge existing approaches.
• Comfortable working in hybrid environments—whether in-office, remote, or with the occasional pet appearance in video meetings.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulatory requirements.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Interest in AI and its applications in modern software development.
