Senior Employee Personal Security

Senior Staff – Personal Security Location: Stockholm Insite is looking for experienced individuals in personal security to enhance our growing team in Stockholm. We offer a responsible and developmental role where you will work closely with corporate management, boards, and other key individuals – focusing on creating safety, managing risks, and contributing to well-informed decisions in complex environments. About the Role As a security consultant at Insite, you will work both strategically and operationally with personal security issues for a select few key clients. You will be responsible for planning, analysis, and implementation of security measures, as well as serving as an advisor on high-level security-related matters. The work requires strong analytical skills, judgment, and integrity. You are expected to act independently in demanding situations while collaborating closely with colleagues in a team characterized by trust, humility, and professionalism. Examples of Responsibilities • Coordination of personal security for executives and key functions. • Ongoing advisory and risk assessment. • Security planning for travel and high-level events. • Development of risk analyses, security plans, and decision-making materials. • Setting requirements for external suppliers and partners. • Operational responsibility during selected assignments, sometimes in challenging environments. We are looking for someone who • Has several years of experience in personal security or related security work, preferably from a government agency or larger organization. • Has a strong ability to build trust and act discreetly and professionally. • Is analytical, structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. • Thrives with personal responsibility but values collaboration and openness. • Has experience in operational security work in an international environment. Meritorious • Additional language skills. • Bodyguard training and experience from a government agency. • Academic education. Requirements • B driver's license. • Good command of English, both spoken and written. • Ability to travel within Sweden and internationally.
