**Assignment Description:**
We are looking for a Senior Vehicle Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
**What you will work on:**
- Lead complete vehicle projects with full responsibility for QDCF, ensuring delivery of quality, cost, delivery, and feature targets.
- Coordinate and align all engineering activities while safeguarding cross-functional solutions across hardware, software, and system domains.
- Drive hardware development leadership and contribute to software-related topics when applicable.
- Develop, communicate, and implement operational plans for engineering-driven product development projects.
- Prepare project designs, controls, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and plans covering production, transportation, installation, and testing.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established plans, identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delays and risks.
- Identify, secure, and manage the resources required to successfully execute the project.
- Manage large, complex vehicle projects with significant impact on the business and ensure consistent application of best practices in project management.
- Coach, guide, and review the work of junior project managers and cross-functional team members.
**What you bring:**
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in leading automotive projects in both project and line management roles.
- Strong background in hardware development leadership; software development experience is an advantage.
- Proven capability to manage end-to-end product development projects with high complexity.
- Expertise in planning, executing, and controlling engineering-based development projects.
- Practical experience preparing specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and technical project documentation.
- Strong ability to monitor and steer project performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies; professional certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is highly meriting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills suitable for influencing stakeholders and guiding teams in complex environments.
