**Senior UX/UI Designer – Next Generation Industrial Solutions**
Gothenburg | Hybrid 50% | Start December 1, 2025 – December 1, 2026
**About the Assignment**
We are looking for a senior UX/UI Designer with a strong UI focus who wants to be part of developing our client's next generation solutions for condition monitoring. You will be a central part of a long-term project where web-based applications transform machine data into smart, actionable insights – helping industries worldwide to operate more sustainably and efficiently.
**Your Responsibilities**
As one of the key members of the UX/UI team, you will:
- Work closely with the UX/UI Lead, product owners, and development teams to drive UI concepts and solutions.
- Develop and evaluate design proposals and actively participate in ongoing design reviews.
- Drive standardization, educate development teams, and ensure compliance with design guidelines.
- Verify and test that the implementation adheres to the design.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and contribute to a creative, unpretentious team climate.
- Share insights, brainstorm, and be an active part of a team where everyone owns the results.

**Requirements Profile**
**Must-Haves:**
- Senior experience with Figma – advanced use of design systems, components, auto-layout, variables, and prototypes.
- Understanding of web principles & DOM – able to design responsively, consistently, and scalably.
- Familiarity with iterative work and presenting early-stage designs.
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain design decisions and justify choices.
- Good understanding of design systems and scalability principles.
- Strong drive, proactivity, and comfort in autonomous teams.
- Team-oriented – asks for help when needed and assists others when they need you.
- Curiosity and willingness to quickly grasp complex domains.
- Experience with agile development (Scrum).
- Fluent in English.
**Preferred:**
- Proficiency in Swedish.
- Experience with industrial applications.
**Technologies & Tools in the Project**
React, Svelte, TypeScript, Go, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, K3S, MongoDB, Azure DevOps, GIT, Figma, Miro, etc.

Location: Gothenburg (50% on-site/hybrid)
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
