Senior UX/UI Designer

Title: Senior UX/UI Designer Location: Lund (SE) Assignment Period: Jan 1, 2026 – Oct 31, 2026 Remote: 0% Client: Tetra Pak About the Assignment We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for Tetra Pak's new Inventory Management System (NIMS). The assignment involves comprehensive responsibility for analyzing, shaping, and improving user experience in a complex industrial system, focusing on both usability and visual precision. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be a key player in collaboration between design, architecture, and development. You will be responsible for translating functional requirements into clear design solutions, ensuring a consistent interface across the platform, and contributing to high-quality user experience through testing, design iterations, and close cooperation with developers. Responsibilities • Analyze and evaluate existing UI/UX design based on user and business needs • Conduct user research and compile insights, recommendations, and guidelines • Present design strategies and solutions to stakeholders • Create icons, graphic elements, and UI components for implementation • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers in agile teams • Contribute to testing, quality work, and operational handover Qualifications • Documented experience in UI/UX design within large industrial or technical environments • Excellent proficiency with Sketch, Photoshop, and InVision • Experience with Lean UX, Design Sprints, and agile methodologies • Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and user flows • Fluent English, both spoken and written Additional Information BYOD applies for this assignment.
