Your Profile
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience from industry or a similar field. You should have a university degree in engineering or equivalent with a focus on hardware. You must be communicative and preferably have held leadership roles previously, such as team lead, project manager, technical architect, or another leadership position.
The role involves understanding a complex reality and being able to design large-scale systems. Ideally, you should have at least 7 years of experience.
We would like to see that you have some of the following experiences:
* Experience as a team lead, project manager, technical project manager, or another leadership role
* PCB Design (Analog and Digital)
* Cable design (military equipment and cable harnesses)
* Fiber networks and networking
* Electrical design of cabinets & enclosures with various electronics
* Ability to communicate across disciplines
* Navigate in a multi-project environment where the same solution is delivered to multiple projects
* Low volume with some customization.
Additionally, we want to see that you are driven and engaged in bringing everything together. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is structured and has good communication skills. You should be able to see the big picture and not get bogged down in small details. You will work in teams that deliver to multiple customer projects simultaneously with some customized solutions. We appreciate if you are someone who is willing to share your experiences.
As we operate in an international environment, it is important that you can express yourself well in English, both verbally and in writing.
