About this role
Marks Bostads AB is a fully municipal-owned public housing company. We own and manage approximately 3,800 apartments and around 200 smaller commercial spaces across 14 locations within Marks municipality, renting them out to private individuals and municipal care services. Currently, we have 69 employees working within the company. Most of our staff work in our residential areas, close to our tenants, while others work from our offices located in Kinna and Örby. We represent a variety of professional categories, but regardless of our roles, we all work towards the same vision: to create safe and pleasant homes for all, in collaboration with our tenants and partners.
Senior Rental Agent and Customer Service Employee
The customer service group at Marks Bostad currently consists of five dedicated employees who work daily to establish good relationships with all our customers across our locations. The team handles all types of inquiries and incoming service requests, with the goal of providing the best possible service to our tenants.
In customer service, we focus on apartment rentals, customer reception, and daily communications with our customers via phone, email, digital channels, and in-person meetings. We also manage disturbance issues and eviction prevention work, in close collaboration with social services and other societal actors when necessary.
We are now looking for a new team member who can contribute with their experience, structure, and competence to our ongoing development—and who will also be an important part of our customer service team.
